ChatGPT is on everyone's lips at the start of the new school year in January 2023, from the coffee machine to the media and the teachers' room!

To enter the subject, understand it, review it, criticize it and form one's own opinion, the expertise of the Montpellier Business School Learning Center's resource and documentary training officers is in action.

Indeed, our two staff members are specialists in information research. They use techniques for collecting, processing and classifying information. They know where to look and how to look, which allows them to avoid, for example, too many results to be analysed, which is called "noise" in the jargon.

Efficient! They also know how to validate sources and then sort and validate the information collected.

They are at the helm when it comes to developing informational skills, i.e. "the set of skills that enable individuals to determine when they need information and to find, evaluate and use this information" (CREPUQ, 2005).

Whether for students, lecturers or staff, they develop tutorials, run sessions and 100% digital modules to enable as many people as possible to become informed and autonomous in their search for information.

The documentary resources and training officers also produce documentary products such as selective bibliographies accessible to all students, teachers and employees on the Learning Center website: reliable, verified information selected by experts in the MBS DNA fields!
