We've already talked about the role and function of our team within the Learning Center : the collaboration we demonstrate in order to perform.
We would also like to draw attention to the fact that, beyond our team and beyond working with our colleagues internally, our performance also lies in our ability to open up and build collaborations externally.
Think of our suppliers: it's not just a customer-supplier relationship. At least, that's not how our team sees these relationships. With both long-standing and newer suppliers, we have a relationship that goes beyond the commercial - and that's what we encourage ! We look for ways in which we can contribute on a two-way basis: constructive feedback on products, innovations to try out, a desire to develop together... not to mention the power of human relationships and personal interaction ? !
Another essential part of our team is our involvement in our professional networks. It is essential that we understand the environment in which we operate. This is how we meet our peers, men and women who are expert and inspiring: the dialogues we engage in help fuel our thinking and our work.
