Résumé : | This study aims at showing the impacts of AI in big companies. Thecompaniesstudied are the onewith more than 5,000 employees and with an international scope, but regardless of their activity. By making comparison with the literature and the many issues raised by the academics about AI impacts: a new economy, massive jobs losses, new jobs to train for, social changes, etc., the study shows the similarity and differences observed in thereality. The study shows that the automation brought by AI will involve many changes for the economy and the business models of companies. But AI is only as its first steps and the first AI solutions are mostly in the continuity of the digital transformation engaged by almost all big companies. (source auteur) |
